Charles (Chuck) Brooks

Chuck Brooks, Co-Founder, Chief Evangelist Officer, Strategic Technology Evangelist, and Senior Cyber Security Advisor. LinkedIn named Chuck as one of “The Top 5 Tech People to Follow on LinkedIn” out of their 450 million members. He has an extensive policy and technology background both in the public and private sectors. In government, Chuck has served at The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in legislative leadership roles at The Science & Technology Directorate, the Domestic Nuclear Defense Organization, and FEMA. He served as  a top Advisor to the late Senator Arlen Specter on Capitol Hill covering  security and technology issues.  He currently serves as subject Matter Expert to The Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center (HDIAC), a Department of Defense (DOD) sponsored organization through the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC). In industry, He is Vice President of Government Relations & Marketing for Sutherland Government Solutions. Chuck was a Technology Partner Advisor to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and he currently sits on the advisory boards of several corporations and organizations involved in cybersecurity and homeland security, including the Safe America Foundation. In academia, Chuck was an Adjunct Faculty Member at Johns Hopkins University where he taught a graduate course on homeland security for two years.  He has an MA in International relations from the University of Chicago, a BA in Political Science from DePauw University, and a Certificate in International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law.

Bart Fisher

Bart Fisher S. has been described as a "founding father" of the market for internationally trained lawyers (SAISPHERE, April, 1990), "one of the D.C. trade bar's pioneers" (The Rushford Report, June, 1998); a "legend" and "a godfather of DC's international trade law bar" (Legal Bisnow, January 27, 2010), "bright" (Fortune, December 14, 1981); a lawyer "who is known for his unorthodox, high profile, confrontational approach to international trade disputes" (Washington Post, August 24, 1982); someone who practices law with "audacity" (New York Times, December 29, 1989), "one of the nation's foremost experts on international trade, especially with regard to Asia" (Above the Law, August 19, 2010), high-powered and well-connected" (Huffington Post, March 3, 2012), "a very skilled and experienced international trade lawyer and economist" (The Washington Times, August 17, 2015), "an attorney who has represented both sides in trade disagreements"   (China Daily, December 24, 2015).Mr. Fisher has held an AV Preeminent rating for 30 years for the "Highest Possible Peer Review Rating for Legal Ability and Ethical Standards" from Martindale-Hubbell. He is also in the Legal Network listing, "Top Lawyers in Washington, D.C."

Mr. Fisher has represented the Government of the People's Republic of China on international trade matters, handling cases under the Antidumping Law of the United States on fresh garlic and wax candles. Mr. Fisher currently is Senior Advisor for the CITIC Group, which is the third largest enterprise in China. Mr. Fisher currently represents the governments of the Republic of Sudan and the Republic of Suriname.  He has also represented the governments of the Dominican Republic, Iceland, and Panama. Mr. Fisher attended Harvard Law School (J.D. 1972), The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, D.C. and Bologna, Italy (M.A. 1967 and Ph.D. 1970), and Washington University (B.A. 1963). He was a participating member of the International Trade Working Group of the President’s Council on Year 2000 Conversion. Mr. Fisher is Chairman of the Give Life Foundation and a Member and Director of the Foundation for America's Blood Centers. He has served as President of the Aplastic Anemia and MDS International Foundation, which he founded in 1983. He is Co-Founder of the International Biofuels Association and a member of the Board of Directors of the Osgood Center for International Studies.

James Ryan

Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of ÉlpisÉremo Inc., OmGeneum Inc., and ARMADYNE CORP. Over two decades of pioneering experience in the research and development of cutting edge technology and clinical translation of various types of regenerative medicine -after an experimental clinical translation of stem cell therapy helped save his infant sons life in 1998. In 1999, he established the first pluripotent stem cell company in Japan “JIG” (Jimmy’s Investment Group Corporation) to develop a cure for his son, Jimmy. He began developing, investing, and accelerating disruptive regenerative medicine technology in 2000 when he established business/research relationship with RGI (Reproductive Genetics Institute). in 2004 he established "Asclepius Therapeutics", a Joint venture with Dr. Yury Verlinsky and Reproductive Genetics Institute, he served as its Chief Executive Officer, Co-founding the World's First Patient-specific Pluripotent Stem Cell Company, utilizing -somatic Cell Reprogramming STEMBRID Technology. Co-founded several other regenerative companies, and recently served as Chief Executive Officer of iHorus Inc.
